Cancellation Policy ( 99 DOLLAR HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED)

In the event of cancellation of a transport trip, The Van Masters’ liability will be limited to refunding the amount paid by the passenger or booking agent, as per the policy below.

Free Cancellation (30+ days before departure)

Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before the departure date
Eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount
Refunds are processed within 12 working days after cancellation approval

Cancellation within 29 days of departure

A 100% cancellation charge will apply
No refund will be provided

Force Majeure (Uncontrollable events)

The Van Masters will not be held responsible for cancellation or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural calamities
Strikes or agitation
Traffic jams
Road blockages
Government restrictions

The Van Masters reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.t to cancel or change the booking of a vehicle at any point.

Any modifications/amendments to the booking are not allowed & subject to The Van Masters- India approval.
