Whether you have a big family or you’re carrying lots of people, New Renault Trafic Passenger satisfies your every need. You choose the configuration that’s right for you. 

2. Up to nine passengers

Seats up to nine passengers. You can choose your configuration: individual seats or two-person passenger bench seat at the front, one or two three-person bench seats in the rear. Trafic Passenger can carry the entire family.

  • Airbags – driver and front passenger: High-efficiency front airbags, head/thorax side airbags, pressure sensor to detect impact, 3-point seatbelts with pretensioners and load limiter (front seats), anti-whiplash head restraints.

Considering guest transport preference/choice/budget & other parameters in selection of transport we offer lots of transport choices. Cost mention is per day basis includes: – Van/Car rental, Driver service (Maximum 10 Hour Service) ,  Fuel, all highway & local road tolls, Driver accommodation, Driver meals. Cost does not include empty run I.e. garage to garage transport charges & Car parking wherever applicable. Guest will have to pay all extra expenses as per actuals, once tour Itinerary finalized or as per agreed contract. Our Chauffeur Driven transport is on disposal for guest from the beginning of tour till completion of tour. The Chauffeur will take you to all mention locations as per travel plan. Driver has limited duties / liability of driving Car / Van as per tour itinerary.

WHAT YOUR TOUR PACAGE WILL NOT INCLUDE

  1. Guests will have to pay the Parking Fee and other similar charges directly to the driver at the PLACE of payment.
  2. Parking charges are excluded and will have to be paid directly to the driver.
  3. Between 09:00 PM to 12:00 PM, an additional night / overtime charge (EUR 70 / Hour) will be applicable. These charges to be paid directly to the driver.
  4. Driver Tips : EUR 02 Per person Per day.
  5. Travel Insurance.
  6. Cost of Basic Travel Quota.
  7. No porterage included.
  8. Guest Hotel/Apartment.
  9. Any meal.
  10. Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed by the passengers, other than that mentioned in ‘What your tour price includes’.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

  1. Multiple entry Schengen visa.
  2. The cost of Schengen visa is NOT included in THE transport price.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  1. Cost of transport is per day bases irrespective of Adult, Child or Infant.
  2. Final Travel Plan / Itinerary approval is mandatory from our booking office.
  3. After confirmation, any amendment / Change in Itinerary/Travel plan is not permitted & subject to approval from booking office.
  4. No refunds for any cancelation, amendment & un-utilized services.
  5. Booking less than 06 Days will not be accepted.
  6. Bookings must be equal or more than 06 Days.
  7. Change of car between the booking duration or tour is not permitted.
  8. Driver will not act as tour manager or tour guide. Kindly don’t expect any destination knowledge from driver.
  9. To save time & best travel route driver will take help of GPS on highways & local routes.
  10. Once booking confirmed, Post booking if cancelled there will be no refund.100% cancelation applicable.
  11. Maximum 10-hour Driver/Car service/day. Any additional hour charges will be paid directly to driver.
  12. In case of partial payment, the balance payment of trip needs to be paid in advance at the time of pick-up.
  13. Any grievances or claims related to the cab travel should be reported to 99 dollar Holidays – India within 48 hours of travel time.
  14. The booking will be for cab type 3 , 6 , 7 , 8 Seat and we do not commit on providing any preferred cab model.
  15. You can accommodate 1 bag in Hatchback, 2 bags in Sedan , 3 bags in SUV & 6 Bags in 6,7,8 Seat transport.
  16. We do not commit on particular fuel type vehicle like Petrol, Diesel or Gas. Transport will be provided on the basis of availability.
  17. Pets are not allowed inside the cab & subject to approval from booking office.
  18. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
  19. Due to traffic or any other unavoidable reason, pickup may be delayed & intimated at the time of pickup.
  20. Driver details will be shared up to 2 Days prior to departure.
  21. You are solely responsible to manage your travel schedule. 99 Dollar Holidays – India will not be liable for any compensation if you miss scheduled flight, train or bus due to delay traffic jam or any unavoidable reason during the trip.
